Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year!  

A new slate, a new beginning!  I just love the start of a new year!

Our house becomes a house divided during the week before New Years ... there is still plenty of Christmas decorations and the tree is most definitely still up, but the New Years happies begin to emerge and fill some spaces.  I try to make it flow and not appear that I was just lazy in putting away the Christmas goodies!

We celebrated as usual at home with our family and some besties!  I think its the best starting the year at home surrounded by those you love!

My favorite bust received a spruce with gold beads to add to her pearls!  She was ready to ring in the new year in style!

The Pink Room was decked out in silver, gold, black and, of course, more pink!!

Each seat had three glasses ... wine, water and of course, champs!

Each plate held a wrapped box so the year can be anything you want it to be!  A clean slate is the potential to be a great one!

Fresh roses, Gerbera Daisies and glittered candle holders!

I love flowers of any and all kinds!  This combination may be a new favorite of mine!

Gold dots, pink with gold stripes, silver and black and white! 

I just love the combo!

Boozy cocoa is another new fave of mine ... cozy in front of the fire with a large cup of cocoa. Why would I want to ever leave the house?

Gold bows are always a good choice!

I put my Christmas gift from Lance to good use filling it with vintage balls!  This amazing gold and white bowl will definitely be in regular use!

Cold bottles ready for celebrating!  2015 will be a great year!

The best cookies in town made their trip from Memphis to me!  How amazing are these darling cookies?  Not pictured would be the champs bottle and the wrapped gifts which the Littles and I gobbled up!  I just love all of these cookies ... but I must say the confetti and the glitter dot gifts stole my heart for sure!

Yummy chili, Pride and Prejudice, besties and champs at midnight ... absolutely the perfect evening!!
