PKL: The Interview

As I am off to spend the week in New York City I am leaving you with a great schedule of posts!  I am re-posting some oldies but MAJ goodies as well as a few treats I have been saving for a time just as this!  I hope you won't miss me too much ... I promise I will be back in a week with photos galore!  xo

As I was sitting having my hair cut and made fabulous I flipped open The Atlantan magazine only to be surprised with the names of two of my dearest and bestest friends ... Lance and David of Parker Kennedy Living.

I have posted many times about my friendship and adventure with these two powerhouses in the design community ... but I seriously can not say enough.  Not only are they two of the kindest most loving friends, but they are incredibly gifted in their field.  And they have blown up in the last few years.  Two years ago they completed one show house.  Last year it was two.  This year they have three on the books and I am sure there will be more to come.  This month alone they have mentions in three different magazine publications.  Three!  It's it out of control and so exciting to watch!

I say it all the time ... I am just the Gayle King to Lance's Oprah Winfrey! And I am blessed to have him!

Just about a year ago I interviewed Lance for the blog just as their feature came out in Southern Living Magazine.  Since it is such a big month for them in publication I am re-posting that interview for you today.   Lance is a vault of amazing information and ideas.  Every single time he walks into my house and points out something he likes, or doesn't, I listen closely.  I value not only his friendship but his eye in helping me create the home I adore!

Enjoy ... the entire interview can be viewed here!

And clearly the blog has a new design ... what do you think?
