As we know I am gingham obsessed. I am not sure exactly when the love affair began but I do know one of my favorite memories is of my grandmother's yellow gingham wallpaper in her kitchen. I think gingham is a pattern that just exudes happiness. I definitely always buy the gingham if it is an option and I think it is a pattern that honestly goes with anything at all. Gingham + Camo ... sure, why not?
According to Wikipedia, "when originally imported into Europe in the 17th century, gingham was a striped fabric, though now it is distinguished by its checkered pattern. From the mid-18th century, when it was being produced in the mills of Manchester, England, it started to be woven into checked or plaid patterns (often blue and white)". The name gingham came from the Malayan word genggang which means striped and true gingham fabric is dyed before it is woven.
Typically gingham is thought of as a spring and summer pattern but I truly think it works for every season. I love it for fall (orange and brown, yes please), Christmas (red + green perfection) and winter (baby blue gingham perfection). Honestly I think you can match a gingham with anything at all. Currently I am adding navy gingham to our middle son's room matching it with navy, grass green and baby blue. I love how it is coming together. 💙
There are so many fun things currently out in gingham that I am loving. These pink gingham shoes are the best, I ordered them immediately. These shoes are everything, the only question is blue or green? I also love this bag, how fun would it be for spring and summer with white jeans and a darling striped shirt? And this scarf ... truly soo cute!!

MRS JUDE is giving out the card just to help the poor and needy though it is legal but it is something nice and he is not like other scam pretending to have the blank ATM cards..
