12 Happies du Jour

Well hey!!  Happy Tuesday to you.  We are starting this week just so happy to be on the other side of surgery and on the road to recovery.  It was so hard to plan and wait and wait and wait, and I can not tell you the relief to be done. And the words "tumor free" is just the best phrase ever.  We are so much closer to being cancer free and I have my eyes on the prize! The Hubs is still in the hospital recovering, but each day is a new one and we hope to have him home so very soon.  I can tell you each day is a blessing and we are so thankful for all the love, support, and prayers.  We feel each and every one.

Oh and can we discuss the sunrises we see each day?  The East wing is the perfect place to see this goodness each morning!

I hope you are having a fabulous week ... I have some great happies to share with you today.  I think it is a great grouping, but this is my favorite post of the week so I am always biased!

Jeni's Ice Cream is now being served at my local market by the pint ... and it's amazing! My favorite flavors have to be Brambleberry Crisp, Lemon and Blueberry, Brown Butter Almond Brittle, Snowflake, and the Lemon Buttermilk Frozen Yogurt. I've tried these flavors at their ice cream shop we have here in town. I know I definitely would love to try the Goat Cheese and Red Cherries and Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam for sure. My assistant ordered the Goat Cheese and Red Cherries and she was smitten and said it was to die for! I need to know what flavors y'all love so I can try them please and thank you!

This blog post is so good.  I love Emily's blog and this one on the Southern Living Showhouse is so good.

Check these espadrilles and sandals out please! Like do yourself that favor.

These colanders are just pretty. As someone who doesn't love to cook, I love to make the experience fun and pretty. These would do just that!

I bought this dress a while back and have been wearing it for about two weeks.  I wore it first to the registration day at school (and loved it) and then again on Sunday.  I ended up having to spend the night with the Hubs and slept in it and it was the best choice for a unplanned sleep over.  It is so cute and so comfy.  I ordered another color yesterday, its that good.  I will say it is a little tight in the chest so size up if you think you need it.  Mine is the Light Blue and I just bought the Light Pink.  I also really loved the Green.

Target's new laundry and storage line is so pretty! I snatched up the full length ironing board cover, the basket, and the hamper. It the line feels so light and airy just like fluffed, clean laundry should feel, don't you agree?

I found this new to me brand called Sea Marie Designs that has the cutest accessories for the best prices! Think headbands, wicker bags, and super fun earrings! I have a few pieces and love each and every one of them!

Speaking of cooking, this recipe looks to die for. The first time I had burrata was on a peach salad and it was way too tasty. I looked up some burrata recipes and this is the one that I have got to try next!

Schumacher has partnered with Williams Sonoma for a tabletop and home collection that is super fun! I picked up this mug and this bowl and they make me so happy! Williams Sonoma did a timeline of the business which I thought was a good read. The pieces in the collection are really beautiful and will be missed for sure when they are gone. That needlepoint pillow is everything!

I always find really good classics and staples on Talbots ...

My assistant and I were popping into the Anthropologie after our Jeni's adventure and here is what I ooo'd and awed at!

I've shared on stories that my next project is putting a dutch door in for my laundry room. I've been doing some researching for colors and styles that I love and came across this one! How stunning is this mudroom!

Loving this combo for a bed situation (blanket and headboard) ...

Oh! and loving this orange velvet pillow to throw on my couch or in my kitchen chairs!

Happy Tuesday!
