She may not be a lady with that mouth ...

Little Lawyer attends a private, Christian school. He is a rather quiet, very reserved child. He is well known at school for his kindness, patience and easy going behavior. I am very proud of him.

He is on the middle school baseball team. Their first game was yesterday afternoon. Great game, great weather ... all and all good day! That is ...

... until his baby sister standing up in the back of the stands says very loudly, very clearly and very slowly ...

WHAT THE HELL?
I am thinking he may just be a smidge tarnished ... I know I almost died of embarrassment! I guess I need to be more careful!!

  1. Thank you for this post! One of my rules for living a happy, healthy life is to laugh out loud at least once a day! Your post just gave me that today! I remember a similar incident with my son in kindergarten - {he was always adored by his teachers} - but there was that little slip up in K the day he bumped his head and said out loud "Oh, sh#%!" - Yes, I started being more careful!

  5. That is too funny. One day at our club swimming pool my then 2 year old called her older brother a Fat Bastard (I guess she may have been in the room when he watched Austin Powers a few too many times), It is extremely embarrassing But a funny memory!

  6. Oh dear ...! I feel your pain. After our 2 sweet boys, we had our daughter and she sounds like she could be the big sister of yours! These girls tell it like it is. I love it most of the time, but occasionally ... notsomuch. She's 16 now, so you can imagine how bold she is these days. By the way, my husband is a lawyer too and everyone says my angel will follow in her daddy's footsteps.

  8. I am sorry - that is adorable. How can you even discipine her for that. I would have probably fallen out of the stands laughing. How did Lawyer (Big Lawyer) react when he was told of your "adventure"?
