Wrap it Up!!!

I love to wrap gifts.  I usually make an evening, or two, out of it and pick a cheesy Christmas movie on TV and sit and wrap gifts for hours.  It is almost as fun as the shopping for me.  I never really get too creative, but maybe this year I need to up my game.

I pulled together some great options for inspiration to get myself in the mood to take my wrap skills to the next level.  These ideas are down right dah-ling!!

Love!  How amazing would this be with a kitchen towel?  Maybe a good idea for my mother who is getting things for her new kitchen!  I love that you can use the JOY later to decorate!

I am madly in love with satin ribbon lately.  It has such a rich and timeless look to it, don't you think? These tags are printable and can be found here.

I am going with this look this year.  All my gifts will be wrapped in the same paper.  I am using a green stripe with all gold ribbons.  I will just need to vary them by the tags and the tie ons.  I love this seamless and classic look under the tree.

Another printable tag ... this one from Santa.  Beyond the cutest idea I have seen in a while!  This photo and tags can be found here

Ornament tie ons?  I love this idea!  I need to use this for a few of my besties that love vintage balls as much as I do.  Of course, they wouldn't be able to sit under the tree since they are so fragile, but I am perfectly ok with that idea.

Love this idea.  I would love to make some tiny wreaths like these.  And they would smell amazing ... bookmarking this idea for neighbor gifts!

The perfect bow.  Tutorial here by Eddie Ross.  This gift with its amazing satin ribbon speaks to me on so many levels.  It is just the picture of perfection to me.

This velvet ribbon and darling monogrammed tag has my name all over it.  Not that you are surprised in the least!  I never met a monogram I didn't swoon over.

On my to gather list ...

More ribbon - some satin, some velvet
Tie ons ... Candy canes, Vintage ornaments
Fresh greenery for wreaths
Watch Eddie's tutorial

Anything else?

Sounds like I need to schedule my annual wrapping day!

Happy Wrapping to You!
