Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I absolutely adore this day of green ... spring is in the air and the sun is shining! It is a special day for us in the Minear house, 22 years ago Lawyer invited me out for a green beer after work and that date turned into a life together. If only I had been wearing this darling green dress instead of the navy suit I know I was sporting ... but he loved that navy suit and I still have it in the back of my closet!
In honor of this day I have a treat for you ... a post I wrote six years ago with the story of how we met. Looking back now I should be forever grateful my mother insisted on a "real degree" instead of the fashion degree I wanted. Out of that pre law degree I met and married the hubs. And here I thought those 4 years with a degree I didn't use would be a waste.
