Lazy Sunday ... oh so yummy!

Game night was SO much fun! We have such a great group of friends and our time together is so easy and always filled with so much laughter! We had a group of six couples ... Hair Girl and Paint Boy had to stay on the West Side due to the crazy weather! A roaring fire, amazing food and Hot Buttered Rum to top off the evening! I have never had this very yummy drink ... but it immediately made the list for a winter must have! Maybe it was just that everything tastes better at the Cleavers! We played a very fun game (after bending the rules to meet our needs) and June Cleaver took all! We all had to answer questions and one person had to guess which answers belong to which person. Her question ... If you could have one person come to dinner who would you choose? There were 12 of us and she guessed 6 correctly! Pretty amazing! All in all a GREAT night!

Ok, the fabulous photo above is my spring project ... this is a photo from Southern Living that I found on a great blog ... We have a very big bay window in the kitchen that looks out onto the deck. I would love to have window boxes to enjoy all year long. I love the fact that these are black ... even better! I need to forward this picture on to my dad to see if he can make them for me! I am not a gardener, but I am thinking this small space I can handle!

Enjoy your Sunday ... I am headed to the movies tonight. I have some laundry to finish and some vacuuming (this word is hard to spell!) to do! No rest for Consuela! That lazy maid needs to be fired ... this house is dirty!
