Happy Monday!

I am home once again after an incredible five days on the road ... first for a three day install in Seaside and then for a last minute trip to Palm Beach to pick up furniture! Exhausted but yet so inspired by every single thing Florida.

As a Florida girl I am so drawn to the sandy yards and St Augustine grass. The palm trees and the sound of the ocean. The mangroves and bougainvilleas. The colorful scapes and the endless supply of old bamboo furniture! It all speaks to me and fills my soul. And this trip was just like all the others. I instantly start looking around to for sale signs and start planning the inside of my little cottage on the beach.

One day ... one day!

Back to reality and the endless to do list of all things graduation themed. I have already marked the last day of school and the Robotics banquet off the list, but so much more is ahead! We have two very big weeks coming up for our family as my oldest graduates from high school. Between this weekend with the actual graduation and next weekend for the party we will be saturated with family and loved ones over the next two weeks. I have so many mixed emotions but I just keep focusing on the enormous pride I feel and not the sadness my heart is experiencing. I say it a lot but it is very true ... It is so hard to watch your babies grow.

So. Hard.
