My favorite drink of the moment, ok, for a while, is a Greyhound. I love every single thing about grapefruit juice and a yummy cocktail made with grapefruit juice is right up my alley. A true Greyhound is simply vodka and grapefruit juice ... but I have been mixing it up and adding St. Germain which truly takes it to the next level. Add sliced lime and you have an incredible cocktail.
While perusing Pinterest I noticed that I am not the only one playing with the standard Greyhound cocktail. There are quite a few versions and each one sounds pretty yummy to moi.
Oh, and I also learned while gathering inspiration for this post that my drink that I thought I put together is actually called a Bichon Frise. Doesn't it sound just perfect? And after seeing that amazing mint sprig above I think my drink needs not only a slice of lime but a fat dose of mint as well!!
I will be drinking these for quite some time I can assure you. Try it out ... you will love!
