Gameday Dress ...

It's college football season ... which means a few things.  One Saturday's in the south with SEC football is huge.  Second, college football means tailgates and games.  And lastly, that means game day outfits.  For all from the tiny to older crowd is very serious about what they do and what they wear on game day. We love to find things that are comfortable and cute, and we hoard gameday clothes. I was absolutely thrilled when Never A Wallflower reached out to ask if they could send me one of their Game Day Dresses.  I think I said yes in ALL CAPS. 

The best game day pieces are ones you can wear again and again and for many seasons and reasons.  This dress is adorable.  I have worn it three times since it arrived and for two different photo shoots. It is comfortable and so easy to wear.  I have paired it with sneaks ... and slides ... and would also be darling with booties for fall and cooler games. I love the color and the sleeves are just precious.  They also have a shirt that is made the same way, but is obviously shorter. It comes in a variety of colors which makes it so good for so many teams.  I chose navy (Go Gators!!), but also looked at the orange.  It comes in black, red, light blue, navy, orange, white, and purple. 

As I have talked about time and time again I love a great dress.  It is easy to wear and pairs well with sneaks and dressier shoes.  This one is so comfortable and would easily be great with a cute long cardigan sweater when it gets chillier. 

Have I told you I think it's so cute? 😂

 

I recommend a few things to take your dress to the next level.  A clear bag for the stadium is a must have, these earrings are sooo cute, and you can not go wrong with fun game day cups  (also these!!) + drink stirrers. I have already hung my football doorhanger and all the neighbors love it, as do I.  I love that you can customize your ribbon or request the green yardage ribbon, as I did. 

So ... if you want to wear the dress on other occasions, I have you covered.  It is great for pairing with flats, some fab sunnies, a pair of earrings, + a cross body. You can wear it anywhere ... the park, the farmer's market, shopping, estate sales, a coffee date, and most definitely to date night. 💥

I styled a large photo shoot for a client of mine and insisted on wearing my Game Day dress.  It is comfortable and I knew I would be bending, styling, carrying and it would be hot when I first arrived so I wanted something easy to wear and not thick so I would be sweaty.  It was perfect and every single person on the shoot complimented it.  That is the best assurance you can get when wearing something new.
