Well, hello ... new year, and a clean slate of possibilities and adventures await us all. I hope your holidays were amazing. I took a very needed break of the blog, social media, and just hunkered down with my family and myself and feel so very refreshed and ready for a new year. I was not sure that I would be ready to embrace another year of the unknown ... but then I realized we can't sit with what we know, we must move on.
So ... 2022, let's do this.
I have some fabulous things on my radar this week, all of which I think you will love. I have found some new to me companies + a fun sale that happens today, and even some news of a fabulous thing coming soon!
Lilly! Today is the Sunshine Sale, a one day only sale, and there are some darling items included!! I have picked my favorites, so many good ones, and you can find them all at the end of this post. Lilly always is a great purchase, I just love wearing both color and pattern and the prices are ah-mazing!!
I have loved the idea of a scallop jute rug for a while, and this year I am going to add one to our house. I see one in between our sink and our stove in the kitchen, and just maybe another upstairs. I have so many home projects on my list this year, I am trying to tackle one per month, stay tuned on that one, and this darling rug will most definitely come to live with us.
I shared this darling ice bucket in stories a week ago and a few of you snagged it up. Isn't it just so cute?
I switched my blush recently and really love my new one. I use it on my cheeks and on my lips with this lip oil and the color has been just perfect!
I have my eye on this relaxed rollneck sweater ... it is so cozy and soft and I would love to snag it in both navy + beachside blue. I love wearing a great sweater paired with jeans and loafers and then again with leggings and sneaks.
I spent a few days last week unsubscribing from so many spam emails. It was perfection and every single day to see the number of emails I have gotten dwindle down from 100+ to 50 and then 20 is glorious. Yes, it seems like an endless task but I highly recommend you do so, it is very rewarding when it is done.
I absolutely love my WeatherTech mats for my car, especially with my business, they make cleaning my car and keeping it clean so very easy. This week I snagged an under the sink mat for my kitchen sink and I am really excited to try it out. Why oh why does this area bug me so much. I have it very organized and yet it still feels like I could do better. I can't wait for this mat to arrive. I am such a nerd for all sorts of organization tools. If I love it as much as I think I will I will be ordering more for the bathroom sinks.
I really loved this article. I love how simple these tips are, yet so thought provoking.
Do you have left over black eyed peas like I do? Make black eyed pea hummus!!! To your Cuisinart add a half pound of cooked BEP + four heads of roasted garlic + two T lemon juice + salt + cayenne pepper and mix in a half cup of olive oil. Doesn't this sound amazing?
Have the best week ... I am back to blogging after my vacation and it feels so good to begin!!
Oh, my Lilly favorites from the sale ...
