Talbots x Dress For Success

One of my favorite things about Talbots is their partnership with Dress For Success.  DFS is an incredible organization that assists and empowers women in their pursuit of re-entering the workforce.  They provide all the tools to help women with the appropriate interview outfit, advice, and coaching to allow women to feel empowered in their pursuit.  To date, DFS has helped more than 1 million women with their goals of self-sufficiency. 

In the eight years Talbots has partnered with DFS they have seen some amazing results.  Between the 8,000+ employees, generous customers, brand partners, and influencers they have done some incredible work.

This year Talbots has created the Butterfly Cardi for the partnership.  This cardigan is beautiful and I think a perfect symbol for the growth and change they are working for.  The butterfly is a symbol of transformation in the most perfect way.  With the purchase of the Butterfly Cardi, Talbots gives 30% of the purchase price to DFS.  In addition, your monetary donation to DFS can do so much.  

$5 Helps provide a Dress for Success Woman with gas or public 
transportation to her interview.

$10 Helps advance Dress for Success’ mission to help women achieve

$25 Gives a woman access to a virtual workshop to support her job search.

$50 Gives a woman access to virtual training and tools to help her secure employment.

$100 Gives a woman access to training that will help her advance in her 
career and achieve financial freedom.
