Things Of Note ...

It is crisp, clear, and chilly today, and I love it.  Typically, I dread the end of summer, but for some reason, I was very ready to see it end this year.  I love the chill in the air in the morning and the idea of a great sweater to cozy up all day.  It is sweater weather, and I am here for it. 💗

First of all, I am really into Ralph Lauren sweaters.  Between the quality, the cute designs, and the timelessness of everything, I am here for it.  Recently, I bought the navy flag sweater at the outlet and added the one above to my collection.  I mean, it's a beagle; it was a must-have. I also own this polo bear, which I love and wear often. I am wearing it with jeans and slides, and I could not feel more comfortable. I have my eye on another polo bear sweater (the blue one above), darling, and I will watch it for sale at the outlet.  I love how classic they are and how long they last, and the outlet has the best prices, especially with a 25% off coupon. 

One of my clients gifted me this book and I can't wait to dive in.  I loved the Queen's style and her way of fully embracing and wearing the rainbow.  It is a small book, but it is a great one. 

Our oldest son is moving into an apartment and my job is to outfit and style the kitchen.  It has been so fun pulling items for him.  I hit HomeGoods for white plates, bowls, and mugs.  I then hit Target for great kitchen towels and a few things. I plan to put a great vintage tray on the kitchen counter for his bar area.  He loves bourbon, like his parents, so a fun pair of crystal glasses, an ice bucket + decanter will be perfect.  I found some fabulous pieces to check out and am sharing them here.  I think it will be so fun to pop over to watch the game or for happy hour since he will be closer than before.

Cheeky napkins!

I watched a video on TikTok and am now cleaning my shower completely differently.  I scrubbed it well last week while in the shower and like the new regimen. In one of these scrubbies you mix equal parts of white vinegar and Dawn Power Wash. I can tell you that wearing my glasses in the shower made a huge difference, and I realized I needed to do that more; the areas I was missing were bad.  The combination of the cleaning ingredients really cleans the shower and our sinks in a way that I was not able to do before.  I highly recommend it. 

I am heading to Palm Beach at the end of the month and needed a new pair of gold heels for two dresses.  I own and love my Loeffler Randall gold heels, but I am ready for something different.  I found these and they are currently on their way.  I will report back, but for great shoes under $60, I love them. 

While I am there you will see me wearing this dress + these earrings.  Sunshine Tienda has been so fun to work with and I am thrilled to get to wear them one day and style them up for them.  Stay tuned for those photos.
