The East Hampton home and 11 acre sprawling estate, known as Lasata, is up for sale for a cool 50 million. Of course the home is incredible and the grounds are stunning. Not that I expected anything less from the Bouviers. While you are looking through the fabulous photos you can just picture Jackie and her sister Lee running through the halls and all tucked in after an amazing summer day.
The home was purchased in 2007 by fashion designer Reed Krakoff who made the first renovation in decades. I can say I like what he's done with the place. Let's take a tour ...
Those incredible herringbone wood floors ... I die.
I love how open and white and bright the entire home is ... it makes it feel so relaxed. And the incredible windows and porches for days.
That ceiling is everything ... and the small white window treatment that is anything but understated.
And the incredible grounds ...
Doesn't it make you want to summer here for ever? I will be dreaming of this house for years. I love so many things about it, and I love that it was loved and cared for by the Bouvier family. The name meaning "Place of Peace" instills just that feeling in me.
Anyone have a little cash they can loan me? I promise to invite you for the weekend and to every single soiree I plan. Oh, to dream ...
Happy Tuesday lovies ...
