Blue + White In Roswell

I absolutely love the darling little towns in the surrounding areas of Atlanta.  There are so many neighborhood towns and each of them are charming in their own way.  We spend a lot of time eating and shopping in Roswell which is just 15 or so minutes from our house.  The brick streets, darling sidewalks, amazing restaurants and antiquing is so worth popping over.  Roswell is also the home of one of my favorite coffee houses (Crazy Love), Mexican restaurants (Ceviche) and the cutest little French bakery (Douceur de France).  It also has an amazing Thai restaurant (Rice), a great steak house (Little Alley) and a number of incredible antique shops.

Can you tell I spend a lot of time there?

Since the weather has warmed up so much I find myself grabbing skirts and dresses a lot more.  I have a number of darling dresses I wear and I recently added this fabulous blue + white skirt to the mix.  It is long and can be worn both casually and dresser which makes it an easy addition to my closet.  Anything I can wear more than one way and go from day running around to wedges and a sweater for the evening is a huge plus for any piece.  Plus ... can you go wrong with a blue + white skirt?

This skirt was another score from Amazon and I love that it was so reasonable and, as usual, comes lightning fast.  I find that shopping on Amazon is becoming maybe a little too easy, especially with the amazing under $20 price.  Since it buttons all the way down you could tie it at the bottom and wear it with a white T shirt to the pool for a darling cover up and then add a cute shirt and slides and head to dinner after.

Yes please!

Just in case blue and white isn't your jam it also comes in pink and white + black and white.  The pink option is truly so darling and for the price you could get more than one!  I paired with a favorite old school button down, my favorite espadrilles, the best sunnies and a vintage woven bag.  I happened to be shopping for flowers so those were an easy grab and I added in a book since I always have one in my purse.  I have found that if I carry a book with me than I spend less time scrolling on my phone when I have a spare 15 or so minutes.  It helps keep me less stressed and achieve my goal of reading more.  My shirt is no longer available but its the older version of this shirt here.  Actually, I think this one is so much cuter!

Do you have some cute neighborhoods near your home?  For me I have a number of them, but Roswell might be one of my favorites!  It definitely makes for a fabulous afternoon stroll. 💙

Happy Wednesday!

  1. Roswell looks like a lovely town! And thank you for your love of shopping, too! I am not a big fan of shopping but love clothes, shoes, bags, etc. and have come to rely on you and our similar taste. Just found a pair of silver espadrilles on Amazon - thanks to you! Susan

P.S. So glad that lawyer is doing well...xo
