Last week I stepped into the best new dress ... and I did not want to take it off. I love a great dress, one you can wear with fun sneakers, booties, and most definitely loafers! I think the beauty of a dress for me is that it is easy to wear and elevates my day by the ease of wearing it. I feel pretty ... and these dresses most definitely get me excited about wearing them and tackling the day.

Victoria has taken the age old art of blocking printing and created beautiful and extremely comfortable dresses for all occasions. The wonderful cotton fabric is perfect for all seasons, and here in the south can be worn almost all year. With a cute vest or even a darling cropped jacket this shirt dress I am wearing would be perfect for a chilly evening and most definitely shines on a day out running errands, meeting the girls for lunch, and even doing some Christmas shopping! Today I will be wearing mine to grab some gifts and then will add a cute vest and booties for a birthday dinner. I love how easy it is to change it up!
I think my favorite part of Victoria's designs are how very flattering they are. We all have areas that we wish looked different and we are all searching for the pieces that make us feel our best. I instantly smile while wearing her designs ... and the shirt dress is just super fun and incredibly comfortable to wear. This style is seemed under the bodice and then slightly flares out giving it a full and flowy bottom. I love a full dress, I feel so comfortable wearing this length and a midi, I think it just is so very, very pretty.
As you can tell by her darling patterns and use of color, Victoria lives in Charleston. She knows what it is like to live in a warmer climate, but also need to be cute (and warm) in the chillier months. I really think her designs for fall are perfect for months that are both warm and can be quite chilly in the mornings and evenings. The dresses are fully lined and have pockets, both details which speak to my love of a great dress. I have this dress I am wearing + this dress which is equally darling on and so very comfortable.
